Valerus Compression Services raised $5,500 for the Oil Patch Kids at the recent Permian Basin International Oil Show that took place October 20-22, 2008, in Midland-Odessa, Texas. The funds were generated from an auction offering a Sammy Kershaw-autographed guitar to the highest bidder at one of the Valerus-sponsored events where he performed during the conference.
