Houston, (October 30, 2007) – Valerus Compression Services LP has acquired United Process Systems and United Vessel and Tank.
Financial terms of the agreement were not disclosed.
United Process Systems, based in New Iberia, La., and United Vessel and Tank, based in Longview, manufacture and install petroleum surface production equipment and liquid storage.
Valerus, a Houston-based natural gas compression company, said the acquisitions add five facilities in the active Arkansas-Louisiana-Texas, Louisiana Gulf Coast and Rockies regions.
